Trading from Liverpool as Semstar, this niche business concentrates on the movement of wines and other alcoholic beverages primarily from Europe to U.K but increasingly from the 'New World' markets of South Africa & Australasia.

As a Registered Excise Dealer & Shipper [REDS agent] with HM Revenue & Customs, we offer importers, ranging from well known High Street names to specialist wine traders, a full range of transport options. Products are moved by part or full load trailer, container or tank by road or sea. Arrangements with HMRC allow us to move excise cargo to Europe provided the whole movement is under our control.
